In this edition of the weekly GrizzCast Chase is joined by Chris Reed, site administrator and producer of deepfriedcouch.com and the Deep Fried Podcast. In this weekly series we will cover the highlights of the past week of Grizzlies action as well as discuss our current opinion about the team from a fan’s perspective.
In this weeks addition of the weekly GrizzCast we discuss several changes in the works for the Grizzlies. First of all Zach Randolph is back in the lineup and will return to the starting rotation on Tuesday night against the Kings. Although the Grizzlies need him back, they have an tough stretch of schedule to deal with as they adjust to working Zach back into the rotation. Also, rumors are sounding likely that the Grizzlies will pick up free agent Gilbert Arenas. Although there is some controversy as to how this will impact the team’s chemistry, there is no doubt the team is lacking a shooter and Arenas can provide some help in that area. Lastly, we briefly discuss the rumors of Michael Heisley selling the Grizzlies and the possibility of the team being moved to San Jose. Although highly unlikely, it has been in the news and makes for some interesting conversation.
