The Tigers beat Southeast Missouri State Saturday night 77-65, bouncing back after the tough loss to Florida in the Jimmy V classic last week. Although the game may have actually been closer than most expected, at no point did fans seem concerned about the outcome and Tigers would go on to win by 12 points.
What everyone was talking about was the Shaq Goodwin alley oop that would go on to make the SportsCenter top 10 plays for Saturday. It was pretty great to see in person, but it was even better to see the play get some attention from national media as well.
Shaq Goodwin Alley Oop
Saw a lot of Twitter chatter about this Globetrotters-esque play last night, but didn't see it until here. Just sick. http://t.co/3BjQQnJ5PI

The other neat moment from Saturday was the return of former Tiger DJ Stephens to the FedExForum. DJ got a standing ovation when the showed him on the jumbotron sitting behind the Tigers bench. But it was even more special when DJ pointed at his baby sitting next to him while he opened the bottle. Unanimous “Awwww” from the crowd.
DJ's baby just got a standing O so that was worth the price of admission.

So crowd goes nuts as @DdotJAY30 is shown on the big screen. As he fixes a bottle for his daughter. Crowd says, "Awwwww."
