It was the best of times, it was the worst of times. It was Las Vegas. If you you bet all the Free Money Picks you had a good week going 4-3. We suffered our first Lucas Lock loss as the 49ers laid an egg against the Cardinals. The Patriots killed what should have been a 5-2 week as Tom Brady threw a pick in the end zone. Clearly, something fishy going on there but I digress. The highlight of the week? Screaming at the top of my lungs in Lagasse’s Stadium inside the Palazzo as the Saints held on against the Titans. Without further ado I give you the week 15 picks.

Cincinnati -6.5 Over St. Louis
This is a pretty good team that desperately needs a win against a terrible one that has nothing to play for. Case closed.
San Francisco* -3 Over Pittsburgh
Yes the 49ers killed bettors with their collapse against the Cardinals but they are back at home and will be playing to prove something. The last home loss for the 49ers came on September 18. Of their six home victories only one came by less than three. All that said, this is less about the Niners and more about the Steelers. They will likely be without James Harrison whose suspension appeal will be heard today. In addition, Ben Roethlisburger is highly questionable and will be limited even if he does play.
Detroit -1 Over Oakland*
I actually got this game at Detroit +1 but enough about me. The Detroit Lions are 8-1 against teams who aren’t currently in playoff position. Oakland is not a playoff team. Oakland’s last win against a team currently in playoff position was October 9. Detroit is currently in playoff position. Boom.
Lucas Lock Of The Week
Baltimore -2.5 Over San Diego*
Sing it with me, “I got freeeeeeeee, free money” (to the tune of “Free Fallin'”). But seriously, is this real life? Baltimore has won the last four games by an average of more than 11 points. They have wins over Pittsburgh(2), Houston, Cincinnati and San Francisco. The Chargers beat Denver this year before Tebow became the starter. If you take away that game their last win against a team with a winning record was December 12, 2010. Let that sink in. Don’t be fooled because the Chargers beat up on the Jaguars and Bills the last two weeks. This team is going to lose by double digits.
